CANCELLATION POLICY
All itineraries are based on actual “live” availability and pricing information we receive (from hotels, airlines, etc.). We cannot guarantee rates and availability until we have received your deposit. All prices are guaranteed once we confirm your booking. As we use a number of external suppliers, should your itinerary change after confirmation, we will contact you and provide you with suitable alternatives. This is especially true with early bookings – as airlines often change flight times, routes, etc. as travel seasons change.
The following is a general policy of our cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated by your agent:
Hotel Accommodation Cancellation Policy: Two weeks prior to check-in date, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel within 1 week of your check-in date, 1 night will be charged. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, we will charge the full amount of your hotel reservation. We cannot provide refunds for no-show hotel stays.
Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation Conditions: For cancellations within one month before departure, we charge a flight fee of EUR 10 per ticket. From 1 week to 1 month before departure, we charge a 30% cancellation fee. We charge a 50% cancellation fee within 1 week of departure. We cannot provide refunds for no-show tickets. Promotional fares offered by airlines are non-refundable and non-changeable. The above policies are only applicable to Turkish Airlines flights

Cancellation policy for tours, activities and airport transfers: Cancellations up to 3 days prior to the tour, activity or transfer date will not incur a cancellation fee. If canceled within 3 days of the tour, activity or transfer date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, activity or transfer date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. We cannot issue refunds for no-show tours, activities or airport transfers.
