BELLY DANCING CLASS – INTRODUCTION TO ORIENTAL DANCE (1.5 HOUR)
Belly dancing, also known as oriental dancing, can improve your body awareness and self-esteem, inspiring you to have a more positive view of your body and better accept yourself for who you are. The oriental dance is fascinating and moves people’s hearts. Dance is an expression of the body; however, Oriental dancers do not have to be of any particular body type, religion, social class, race or age. Awaken your feminine energy with this dance that tones and strengthens your muscles, replenishes oxygen and massages your internal organs.
In this 1.5-hour introductory belly dance class, you’ll learn basic hip, chest, and arm movements, taking your first steps into the mystical world of oriental dancers.
