Turkey is a popular wine country; it’s been producing wine for over 7,000 years. Starting with the Hittites, Turkey’s winemaking continued through the centuries. Its climate and soil in Cappadocia provides a wide variety of wines, including both indigenous and international varieties. These wines include Chardonnay, Dimrit, Emir, Kalecik Karası, Malbec, Narince, Öküzgözü, Sauvignon Blanc and Tempranillo.
Gulor house is a boutique wine producer in Turkey; it’s the first private wine tasting is held in an exclusive cave room. In this room, you can learn about the wine making process as you enjoy a bottle of wine. A catering service paired six different types of cheese and wine in a single package. The 1.5-hour experience included transits between the client’s lodging and the catering location.
Coupled with a sunset picnic, wine tasting offers a romantic experience. Or it can be paired with a offroad tour for the adventurous.
