BELLY DANCING CLASS – TWO-DAY ORIENTAL DANCE
Belly dancing, also known as oriental dancing, can improve your body awareness and self-esteem, inspiring you to have a more positive view of your body – making you more accepting of who you are. The oriental dance is fascinating and moves people’s hearts. Dance is an expression of the body; however, Oriental dancers do not have to be of any particular physique, religion, social class, race or age. This dance tones and strengthens muscles, oxygenates and massages internal organs, and awakens your feminine energy.
This belly dance class offers 2 hours of lessons per day covering basic dance moves, you will learn simple belly dance choreography that you can practice on your own and delight your friends with this unique souvenir of your Turkish adventure.
